Built from experience. Driven by purpose
Farard served over 16 years in the British Army, deploying on operations and elite training missions worldwide. Identified for fast-track promotion to Colonel, he chose instead to pursue a path focused on how we recover, perform and sustain peak capability without long-term cost.
Personal experience with repeated injury — culminating in a total hip replacement — highlighted a reliance on pharmaceutical pain management in high-performance environments. This sparked a relentless search for better, natural solutions.
